Future Club Leaders Alumni - Don’t Miss 2017’s Professional Development Tour

September 11 & 12

ClubsNSW and Barringtons are happy to announce the next step in the journey for their Future Club Leader Alumni.  In order to provide ongoing opportunities to learn and develop, we are organising a two (2) day Alumni Professional Development Tour to the Central Coast and Hunter region, on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th September 2017.

Travelling by coach, the group will visit six (6) clubs to investigate the specific tactics of the senior management of each club.  Each venue manager will provide a Back of House (BOH) tour and spend time sharing some insights into what has worked in their club and what hasn’t.

A project based around the requisite skills for Lead and Manage Organisational Change will be incorporated into the tour.  Completion of this project is essential for attendees to receive their Certificate of Attendance for the tour.

The tour will serve the dual purpose of providing further education for our alumni and secondly, allow the networks of peers to be enlarged by connecting graduates from different groups to meet and connect and establish additional support networks.

Places are limited to only 40 FCL Alumni (previous graduates of the program), so be sure to register early to secure your spot on the tour.

For more information click here for the Tour flyer and download the Registration form here.
