Barringtons Staff Volunteering Efforts - Whitelion Bailout

Help Bailout Michael Ruggeri and Son, Xander

Last year was Michael's first experience taking part in the Whitelion Bailout.  Whitelion are one of the groups Barringtons Training Services works with.  They provide assistance and support for families and at risk youth by getting kids back into school, employment and helping them navigate the legal system.

In 2017 Michael spent the evening experiencing what it was like to be processed into a correctional facility and participated in a number of activities and listened to firsthand accounts of former guards, defence lawyers, welfare workers and inmates. You can read more about it here.

It was an amazing experience Michael wanted to share this experience with his oldest son, Xander on his actual 16th birthday - May 11, 2018. Michael and Xander are aiming to raise $3000 to take part and contribute to this year's event.
